David and Maggie both work for the Hewlett Packard Company in the HP Services organization. David performs reporting on Maggie is on HP's Americas Escalation Team, handling Business PCs, Monitors, Thin Clients and Workstations. Her team is responsible for handling technical escalations from the call centers, account teams and the field. Maggie primarily works with Business PCs, though she's been working more with Thin Clients. Maggie's resume can be found here. Maggie also has extensive experience creating and designing SQL/Access database front-ends with ASP. She is currently pursuing her MCDBA, Server+, Network+ and Microsoft Office Specialist.
